** Our woodfired pizzas are only served on our rooftop bar. This is a casual walk-in space, no bookings.**
Our bistro offers relaxed, regional dining in a stunning yet approachable space.
Our shared style tasting menu ‘Seed Table’ is the perfect way to sit back, relax & enjoy the best of Seed.
Please note - First Seating bookings have a 1hr 45min duration.

To secure your reservation for dinner in our bistro we require credit card details. Nothing will be held or charged to your account except in the case of a no-show or cancellation within 8 hours of your reservation, to which a $50 per person fee will be charged.

Bookings are not required unless you are a group of 8+ in which case you can reserve a space by emailing
