Booking Details
To make an online booking we require a first name, surname, contact number and email address.
Please note we do require credit card details as security for your booking.
Unfortunately experience dictates that we must take this precaution.
Nothing will be debited from your card, however we do require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reduction in numbers.
Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $125 per person.
Outside of this timeframe there is no charge.
Please contact the restaurant directly on +61 3 9530 0111 during our office hours (Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 6pm) to cancel or change your reservation.
Booking correspondence
Restaurants using Obee are allowed to contact you in relation
to your booking via any of the means collected during the booking process.
They may also send you a booking reminder to re-confirm your booking.
Newsletter
When you make an online reservation you can choose to opt-in to receive our email newsletter.
It is part of our policy that by default we will never 'pre-tick' or automatically subscribe you to receive our newsletter.
You can opt-out of our email newsletter at any time.
All promotional material sent will have instructions at the bottom informing you of how to unsubscribe.
If you are having trouble unsubscribing please email us at
support@obeeapp.com and we'll happily remove you manually from the restaurants newsletter database.
Security Measures
Obee is predominantly a web-based company and online security is very important
to us. We employ a number of techniques to help protect your privacy and ensure
reliability for the restaurant owners.
SSL:
(Secure Socket Layer) is a 'encryption' method used to transfer
information securely over the internet. This is the well-proven method and is the same
used by banks and online shops when collecting and protecting your data online.
We use SSL for all bookings, so your name and phone number, has the best possible
protection available.
Privacy Policy
Restaurants using Obee are expected to adhere to the Obee privacy policy and procedures.
If you suspect a restaurant has
used your personal information inappropriately please contact us at

Obee takes your privacy seriously and will not rent or sell your information to other businesses or 3rd parties.
