We’re excited to welcome some of our favourite chefs and friends to Avani every Sunday and Monday throughout July for a series of special pop-up dining events.
On 26 + 27 July, we’re joined by 2024 Young Chef of the Year Cam Tay Yap, the chef behind the successful Pebble Pop Up series. Cam has also worked at renowned establishments including Attica, Omnia Bistro, and previously led the team at three-hatted Amaru.
Cam will be serving a Southeast Asian-inspired three-course set menu — a vibrant and flavour-packed way to round out the month-long festivities.
