3. Guest charges in excess of the card's stored value may be settled with cash or accepted major credit card.

5. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

7. All Gift Cards should be purchased at the nominal value and are not subject to discount.
8. Gift cards will not be re-issued in case of loss or theft.
9. The Trippas White Group Gift Card may be redeemable against any restaurant charges at restaurants managed by Trippas White Group at time of redemption.
The use of gift cards is subject to the individual booking rules and service styles of each venue. Please note that certain venues may have restrictions on booking sizes or other service implications. Gift card holders are advised to familiarise themselves with the specific policies of the chosen venue prior to booking or visiting
10. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Any balance on a gift card which is not redeemed within the validity date cannot be used after the expired date.
11. Trippas White Group is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
12.If the recipient presents the gift voucher within 7 days of the purchase date, they may be asked to provide proof of ID (and a copy of this ID may be made).
