Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the voucher will no longer be redeemable.
Transferability
Vouchers are fully transferable and may be gifted to another recipient. The responsibility for safekeeping and proper use of the voucher rests with the holder.
Non-Refundable and No Cash Exchange
All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed by presenting either a digital copy or a printed copy at the venue. Redemption is subject to availability and standard booking policies.
Packages No Longer Offered
If a voucher was purchased for a specific package that is no longer available, it will automatically convert to a general voucher of equivalent monetary value to the amount originally paid.
Balance and Multiple Use
Vouchers are not single-use and can be redeemed over multiple transactions until the total balance is spent. Any remaining balance will remain valid until the expiry date.
Combining Vouchers
Multiple vouchers may be used together in a single transaction.
Use with Promotions
Package vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or discounted offers.
General vouchers (not attached to a package) may be used as cash value and are eligible for use alongside promotions.

A 1.3% transaction fee applies at the time of purchase. No postage fees apply for digital vouchers.
