Winemaker Wednesday: Tractorless Farm to Table at The Blue Door

Jeff is a legend...Tractorless Vineyard’s aim is to reduce their resource use by the integration of natural farming systems in their vineyards.
This will provide a more long-term, sustainably balanced and diverse farming system that can continue to produce award-winning cool climate wines in the Southern Highlands, NSW.

Embracing a combination of biodynamic techniques coupled with the integration of animal systems in vineyards – namely their star Tractorless Vineyard sheep – they hope to take our wines into another level of long-term sustainability and increasing wine quality.

We will enjoy a range of Tractorless Wines paired with protein and vegetables from the same farm. A TRUE FARM TO TABLE Experience.
