Chef Josh Raine (ex-Tetsuya) is joining Chef Dylan Cashman for one night only for a little collaboration. Its a night to taste 2 chefs food styles using local NSW and Australian ingredients. Will there be a theme throughout the menu? You will have to come and try to see for yourself.
