Vouchers can be:
- EMAILED (to you: the purchaser, or your recipient)
- SENT in the post (please allow for postage time) or
- COLLECTED from the restaurant.

If purchasing to use in the RESTAURANT, simply select "Enter Amount" and type in the amount you'd like.

- Valid for 36 months from date of purchase
- Not redeemable for cash
- Vouchers are non-refundable
- Printed voucher or electronic voucher will be accepted at time of payment

TERMS FOR ACCOMMODATION VOUCHERS
1. Voucher Value
The voucher represents a credit towards a night's accommodation or package at our property, but the value is based on the room rate at the time of booking, which may fluctuate depending on availability, seasonality, and other factors. The voucher is not a guarantee of a specific room rate.
2. Voucher Redemption
• The voucher can be used towards the total cost of a night's accommodation at our property, but the actual value redeemed will be applied against the room rate at the time of booking.
• If the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the accommodation, any remaining balance may be used towards in-room minibar items only (excludes room service and restaurant food and beverage) within the property, subject to availability. The voucher balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• If the room rate at the time of booking exceeds the voucher value, the guest is required to pay the difference.
3. Flexibility of Rates
• The rates for accommodation vary depending on the time of year, demand, and promotional pricing. As such, the voucher cannot be used to lock in a specific rate or guarantee a discount at the time of redemption.
• The voucher may only be used for bookings subject to availability, and availability may be subject to fluctuating room rates.
4. Booking Terms
• Reservations made using a voucher must be confirmed in advance by contacting our reservations team at [contact information].
• A valid voucher code must be presented at the time of booking and check-in to redeem the voucher.
5. Non-Transferability
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. They are valid only for the guest whose name appears on the voucher.
6. Non-Refundable
Once issued, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policies apply to bookings made with vouchers. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions for details on cancellation fees and deadlines.
