• EMAILED (to you: the purchaser, or your recipient)
• MAILED in the post (please allow for postage time – Fees apply) or
• COLLECTED from the restaurant.
Vouchers for Accommodation
Accommodation rates change depending on the season, day of week, and availability. Because of this, vouchers act as credit towards accommodation rather than locking in a fixed rate.
• If the voucher value is less than the room rate, the guest will need to pay the difference.
• If the voucher value is more than the room rate, any remaining balance may be used during the stay in the restaurant or in room minibar.

• Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

• Present your voucher when paying. Digital or printed copies are accepted.
• For accommodation, bookings must be made directly with our reservations team at seven@stillwater.net.au. The voucher code must be provided at the time of booking and shown at check in.
• Multiple vouchers can be used in one transaction.
Refunds and Cash
• Vouchers are non refundable once purchased.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used at another time within the validity period.
Transferability
• Vouchers are intended for the recipient named.
• They may be given as a gift but cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or credit.
• We may request proof of ID when redeeming a voucher.
Promotions
