Vouchers are valid for 3 years from their purchase date and redeemable in venue only. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If the voucher is not fully redeemed another voucher for outstanding amount can be issued in voucher or cash.

If the recipient presents the gift voucher within14 days of the purchase date, they may be asked to provide proof of ID (and a copy of this ID may be made).
