After a fantastic event in Melbourne, we’re excited to host a special lunch in Hobart with our good friends from Pitzi, to mark the release of 'Tipo 00 — The Pasta Cookbook'.
Join us for a memorable meal and take home a signed copy.
In collaboration with Murdoch Books, this cookbook features over 80 recipes that capture Andreas, Luke, and Alberto’s journey and passion for pasta and hospitality.
We’ll be serving three of Andreas’ favourite pasta dishes, alongside our signature starters and the beloved Tipomisu.
