Following the 2018 series of highly acclaimed pop-ups at renowned restaurants across the country, Adam's innovative culinary events have captivated diners through progressive Jewish food. His menu paid homage to his Jewish heritage, drawing influence from the Middle East, Hungary, and Austria. Now, he brings this to our very own Pilot, promising an unparalleled dining experience for two nights only.

The take over menu will be priced at $150pp with 7 courses and that's about the only thing that the Ètelek Pop up and Pilot have in common, no pairings this time! Expect a share style menu, a great by the glass selection and wholesome great cooking from a renowned chef, close friend and mentor.

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No charge will be made prior to your visit, however a $150 per person cancellation fee may apply for late cancellation or reduction in diner numbers within 48hrs of the booking.
Please advise us via the notes section on this page of any allergies or dietary requirements so that we can ensure a suitable menu for you and your guests. We may not be able to cater to surprise dietary requirements on the night.
COVID POLICY To ensure the health and safety of our guests we adhere to strict covid procedures before, during and after service. If you or your guests are feeling unwell please stay home. If you are unable to attend due to COVID related issue during the late cancelation period a charge will be made and a gift voucher will be issued. For any cancelations outside of 48 hours no charge will be made. No shows will incur a charge with no gift voucher. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
