Michael wilson, chef-patron of Micnein-starred singapore restaurant Marguerite, returns to his hometown to collaborate with the acclaimed two-hatted O.MY restaurant. Joining forces with chef Blayne Bertoncello and maitre d'hotel Chayse Bertoncello, Wilson will join the Beaconsfield kitchen for a farm to table Sunday lunch and dinner.
