Expiry:
All gift vouchers issued by MOKE are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law requirements.

The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.

Redemption:
Vouchers may be redeemed for dining experiences at MOKE only.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or exchanged.

Vouchers must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise specified.

Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please mention your voucher at the time of booking.

Restrictions:
Vouchers are not valid for special events (e.g., New Year’s Eve, ticketed events, or private functions) unless expressly stated.

Vouchers cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher as cash.

Minimum Spend & Balance:
If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid at the time of redemption.

Any unused balance at expiry will not be refunded or credited.

Compliance with Law:
These Terms & Conditions are consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Amendment (Gift Cards) Act 2018).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the ACL.
