Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, and the expiration date of our gift vouchers is not extendable.

The voucher must be used in one transaction and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

Mistelle can not reissue or refund any lost voucher. Please treat the voucher like cash.

If the voucher is for a package, the guest may use the voucher for something else of equivalent value if the package is no longer available.

To redeem your gift voucher, kindly present it (digital or physical copy) at the venue when you are ready to pay your bill.

Please note: if the recipient presents the gift voucher within14 days of the purchase date, they may be asked to provide proof of ID (and a copy of this ID may be made), to avoid voucher fraud/theft.
