Vouchers can be used as full or part payment of a bill at Luz Restaurant.
Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash. Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any amount remaining on a voucher after redemption is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
All vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 36 months validity period.
Vouchers may only be used when a reservation has been made in advance. Please inform staff that you have a voucher when making your booking.
Reservations are subject to availability, at Management’s discretion. Please book online via www.luzrestaurant.com.au or call 0472 585 277 to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation on a certain date.
Vouchers redeemed for set menu payments during the festive season (December & January) may be subject to a surcharge. Please ask staff when making your booking.
All vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed or via smart phone) at the restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
When purchasing a voucher, once full payment has been received and a voucher has been dispatched either in person or via email, all title and risk associated with the voucher are passed on to the customer.
Unused vouchers may be returned and refunded within seven days of purchase. The value of the unused voucher may be refunded in full to the card used for payment only.
Luz Restaurant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
