Ishizuka Welcomes Globally Renowned Sushi Master, Chef Norihito Endo, to Melbourne
Ishizuka is honoured to welcome the esteemed Tokyo-based Chef Norihito Endo of the prestigious Ebisu Endo. Australian diners will have the privilege of experiencing Chef Endo’s world-renowned Edomae-style sushi, an exclusive debut that promises an extraordinary culinary encounter. In collaboration with Ishizuka’s new Executive Chef, Katsuji Yoshino, diners will be treated to an exquisite 17 courses over the evening, with 12 sushi courses from Chef Endo and 5 kaiseki courses from Chef Yoshino, in a culinary journey that harmoniously marries both traditional techniques and modern creativity.
