CHARGES Payment of $50 non refundable deposit
CANCELLATION POLICY 10 days notice of cancellation, change of date, reduction in number is required, in which case no charges (except 2.5% admin fee is chargeable on total advance paid) applies. A 50% full food menu price is chargeable for cancellations made with 7 days notice. Full Food Menu price is chargeable for cancellations made within less than 7 days.
RESCHEDULING DATES Rescheduling will be offered when 10 days notice is provided. Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when the requested table size, date and time are available. Rescheduling is only allowed once per booking. This cancellation policy holds for cancellations related to COVID and/or other illnesses. Guests will be given an option to reschedule to a later rescheduling date* to avoid cancellation charges.
DIETARY INFORMATION Our current menu can accommodate most dietaries on advance notice. We are unable to cater for a vegan or low FODMAP diet as dairy, onions and grains are essential to maintain the authenticity of the menu. Please get in touch via email if you have requirements not listed on the website.
DINING WITH KIDS Children are welcome. Please note we serve the same set menu to children and reservation for a meal is required for children more than 12 months old. High Chairs and prams are unable to fit our relatively small venue.
