All Gift Vouchers are redeemable based on current pricing until the expiration date.

Any vouchers used outside of 12 months from the purchase date may incur additional charges due to price increases.

All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Voucher is redeemable in one visit only.
Voucher reference number must be quoted on booking and original voucher paperwork must be presented upon arrival.

If the recipient presents the gift voucher within14 days of the purchase date, they may be asked to provide proof of ID (and a copy of this ID may be made).
