Dumpling Social at La Sirène - Make your own with Ms Cristina Cooks

We've teamed up with local cooking legend and dumpling queen @ms.cristina.cooks to bring a whole new experience to La Sirène Reservoir.

For one night only, join Cristina as she guides us through making Taiwanese-style dumplings.

Your ticket includes:

A small La Sirène beer on arrival
An engaging dumpling-making session (guided by Cristina Chang)
Each participant will make their own dumplings under Cristina's instruction and Cristina will cook them for you.
Tasting of your handmade dumplings and a side of smashed cucumber salad
A small La Sirène beer paired with your dumplings
Recipe card to take home and keep the dumpling magic going

On Wedensday 30th of July 2025 Cristina Cooks will be running a Dumpling Social at La Siréne, teaching a small group how to make her family recipe of Taiwanese dumplings. Our regular menu will not be available; however all of our drinks and beverages will be available as per usual, a limited La Siréne menu will be available if you are still hungry after eating your dumplings.
Please note full payment of $85 is required in order to secure your place in this intimate evening. Payment is non-refundable in the exception of providing us with 72 hours notice, or if the event is cancelled by the us, in these instances you will receive a full refund.
Changes to or cancelling of your booking - can be done online without a no show fee at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking.
In the case the event is cancelled, moved or postponed - all bookings will be cancelled and you will be able to re-book if the event is moved/postponed.
Places will not be held for unconfirmed bookings and our venue reserves the right to fill unconfirmed bookings.
