Arrana gift certificates are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

An electronic gift certificate will be emailed immediately, to either the recipient or the purchaser, upon confirmation of payment. If you select to pick up your voucher from the restaurant, this can be done during restaurant opening hours.

Please note, gift certificates are issued for a value of your choice. Pricing is subject to change and the dollar value of the certificate will be applied to relevant pricing on the date of the visit.

Gift certificates are not refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Gift certificates must be used in one transaction.

The receipt of a gift certificate does not guarantee a booking.
