For two nights only, Aloft is teaming up with MasterChef Australia 2024 winner, Nat Thaipun (a.k.a Nat Wolf), for an unforgettable weekend.

With roots in Thai culture and influence from culinary traditions across the globe, Nat looks to explore the way food connects people, culture and history.

Always with a focus on sustainability-local, seasonal and foraged produce will be at the heart of Nat's menu. Blending these local ingredients with the techniques of her upbringing, Nat looks to honour the land, produce and people who make it all possible.

Please note we require credit card details as security for your booking. Nothing will be debited from your card at the time of booking, however we do require notice for any changes or cancellations to your booking 48 hours prior.
Failure to let us know of any changes prior to 48hours before, will incur a cancellation fee of $280 per person.
