- Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
- Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for denomination or for another tender, cash or discount.
- It is the responsibility of the holder of the voucher to ensure that it is used prior to the expiry date.
- Expiry date displayed is not extendable.
-Voucher is single full-value use only - no partial use or cash returned for partial use.
-To redeem please present Digital or physical copy of the Voucher at the venue when you are ready to fix up your bill.
- By presenting the Voucher you authorise a transaction correctly represents the purchase price of goods and services obtained.
- Purchases exceeding the value of Voucher; You must pay the excess using another payment method.
- Agapi Restaurant reserves the rights to cancel any Vouchers that appears to have been altered or tampered in any way.
- Treat your Vouchers like cash. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Voucher will be taken to be the owner of the Voucher.
